BG Radia (Bohlender-Graebener) uses only Authorized Dealers, we do not have Authorized Internet Dealers. Our products have a sophisticated array of features, and BG has determined that a satisfactory customer experience requires design, product delivery, set-up, and after-sale service and support that can only be provided by an authorized dealer. BG thus sells only through authorized Custom Installers or through the Retail Dealers. For the above reasons, it is not possible to purchase BG products over the Internet or on eBay from an Authorized BG dealer.
Many non-authorized retailers attempt to trade on the valuable reputation of the BG Radia / Bohlender-Graebener name. BG is also aware that these sellers may claim that these products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, or may not disclose the absence of warranty coverage. BG products purchased on the Internet are NOT COVERED BY BG’s LIFETIME WARRANTY.
